Africa Jam has been involved in leadership development since our inception in 2001, and believes taking an intensive approach in investing in individuals who show promise and a desire for community development is an investment into the communities we serve.
The Leadership Development Program provides focused capacity building to exceptional Africa Jam Leaders through formal education and capacity building resources. The Leadership Development Intensives is an investment in an individual who shows great promise in community development and has a proven leadership success within Africa Jam. The scholarship pays college tuition for full-time enrollment. Recipients are still connected to Africa Jam as community program volunteers.
